At the end of the event, I was offered compensation and a tip. I refused, because
I don't want be a professional chef.
I much rather remain as an amateur - doing it for the LOVE of Cooking & Serving.
The host has been at the Apple for 35 yrs. And he happens to be the immediate boss to one of my high school mate...
And his son had the same math teacher as I had at Homestead High. What a small world we live in.
